Han Pritcher, born 267 FE, was a member of the Foundation. During his tenure for the Foundation, he attained the rank of captain in the Foundation Navy.

Acting as a spy in Terminus, he gets wrapped up in trying to stop the Mule from conquering Foundation. However, in an attempt to assassinate him, the Mule manages to manipulate him into being one of his most trusted subordinates.
